Product Availability and Pricing
Products are subject to availability. Out-of-stock or discontinued items will be replaced with alternatives or higher-value products. Prices are in Indian Rupees, subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders retain their price. No GST for Tamil Nadu orders; 18% GST applies to orders from other states (Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Pondicherry). Prices are transparent, displayed in-store and on our mobile app, with no hidden fees. Prices may vary due to seasonal ingredients or promotions, with changes communicated in advance. Special discounts or promotions (e.g., "Buy One, Get One Free") are clearly communicated in-store and on the mobile app.

Payment and Orders
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments (e.g., PhonePe, Google Pay) in-store; NEFT/RTGS for mobile app orders after WhatsApp confirmation. Orders are placed only after confirmation and payment from the customer. Strictly no credit sales in our outlet. Orders are accepted only up to 7 days before Diwali.

Product Quality and Compliance
Crackers are freshly made, stored in air-tight, moisture-proof packaging to ensure quality. All crackers comply with government norms, manufactured by licensed units, and certified by PESO as "Green Crackers" with reduced sound and emissions. Only Indian-made crackers are sold; Chinese crackers are not sold, in compliance with legal restrictions.

Packaging and Environmental Responsibility
Recyclable or biodegradable packaging is used to minimize environmental impact. Crackers are securely packed to prevent theft during transport.

Delivery and Shipping
Local delivery within Sivakasi; reliable carriers used for district, state, and national orders. Delivery charges (based on location and order size) are paid by the customer upon receipt. Product prices are based on Sivakasi outlet rates. Orders are processed within 48 hours with tracking provided. Customers must collect parcels immediately upon arrival. For damaged products during shipping, contact the transport office, as PTC ensures safe packaging.
